If a game later appears on Steam, who handles the refund?

The ByteOdyssey page says games will first be sold through platform stores such as Steam, and those stores handle their own refund windows.

You request that refund from the platform. If ByteOdyssey later sells directly, the refund page has to state the window and the process before those sales open.
