How do I get a refund?

All purchases made on version-6.com are non-refundable.

What this means

• Digital products sold on version-6.com, such as the Splinterlands bot license, are not eligible for refunds once purchased.
• This policy applies to version-6.com orders only. Other Version 6 properties may have their own policies — for example, Valiep orders have a separate return process described in the Valiep help articles.

If something went wrong

1. If you were charged in error, never received your license key or download link, or had a technical problem with the purchase itself, contact us at [email protected].
2. Include your order confirmation details and a short description of the problem.
3. We review purchase problems case by case and will get back to you.
