What happens if a payment is disputed?

If a payment is reversed or disputed through Stripe or PayPal, repository access and the commercial entitlement end, or they stay suspended until the dispute resolves in the seller’s favor.

Removing access does not erase a copy you already downloaded. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply. Support can help with a purchase problem that is not a refund request.
