If you did not receive your order confirmation email with your license key and the link to download the bot, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resend your order confirmation.

Before you write in

1. Check your spam or junk folder — order emails sometimes land there.
2. Search your inbox for "version-6" or "order confirmation" in case it was sorted into another folder or tab.
3. Confirm the email address you used at checkout; the confirmation goes to that address.

When you contact us

• Include the name and email address used for the order.
• Tell us the date of the purchase if you know it.
• Ask us to resend the confirmation and we will send the license key and download link again.
