Is Valiep's items brand new?

Item conditions are specified on the product page. Most of our items are brand new; however, occasionally we may sell used items.

How to check an item's condition

1. Open the product page for the item you are interested in.
2. Read the item description — the condition is stated there.
3. If the condition is not clear from the listing, ask us before ordering and we will confirm it.

Good to know

• Condition is listed per item, so two similar products can differ — always check the specific listing you are buying from.
• Used items, when available, are marked as such on their product pages.
• Returns follow the standard Valiep policy: refunds for items returned within 30 days of purchase.
