My item was marked as delivered but I still never received it.

Hi, please check to see if your item was shipped within your dashboard panel. If your order does not say it was delivered, it means the item has not arrived at your location as yet and is still in the shipping process. If the item states that it was delivered within the portal and you did not receive the item, please contact the shipping carrier for further information or reach out to your local authorities. We cannot refund a delivered purchase that was not received by the buyer.
