How Do I Return an item?

To make a request to return an item, check the dashboard panel for the refund option. Fill out the refund request form and if the order was done within the last 30 days, we will email you with instructions on how to return the item to us.

Step by step

1. Sign in and open the dashboard panel for your orders.
2. Find the order containing the item you want to return.
3. Use the refund option and fill out the refund request form.
4. Submit the form — we review it and email you return instructions.

Keep in mind

• Returns are for orders placed within the last 30 days.
• Watch your inbox (and spam folder) for the email with return instructions.
• Item condition details and the reason for the return help us process the request, so fill out the form completely.
