What should I check on a Valiep listing before I pay?
On Valiep, the seller writes the listing. Check that page before you order.
- Condition. The listing should say whether the item is new or used. Ask the seller if it does not.
- Model number. Look in the title and the description. If it is missing, ask the seller before you pay.
- Phones and carriers. Network and compatibility details belong in the description. Do not assume a phone works on every carrier if the listing does not say so.
- Shipping time. Handling and delivery times are per listing. There is no single Valiep shipping promise that covers every seller.
- Stock. You can buy what the seller has listed. Valiep does not take a back order for an item the seller has not offered.
If a tracking status says delivered and you do not have the package, contact the seller within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and ask the carrier as well. The refund steps are in “How Valiep refunds work.”
