As of the refund page last updated August 28, 2026, ByteOdyssey Games does not sell anything on byteodyssey.games. There are no purchases, pre-orders, or paid playtests on that site, so there is nothing to refund yet.
When games are sold through a platform store such as Steam, that store’s own refund window applies, and you request the refund from the platform.
If ByteOdyssey later sells directly or offers in-game purchases, the refund page will state what is refundable, the window, how to ask, and how quickly it is processed before those sales open.
